This is the minimum set of files necessary to connect to Outland. It does
not include any game software; you need to download those files separately
either from the same archive where you got this file, or from Outland
directly once you have connected there.
Outland is a graphical multiplayer game network for Macintosh users.
Currently, the applications we have available are Spaceward Ho, Chess,
Reversi, Galley, Hearts, Backstab, and a graphical BBS.
You can connect to Outland if your Mac has Internet access using MacTCP, or
if you have a Unix or Delphi account that can telnet, or if you dial our modems
in Palo Alto, California.

REQUIREMENTS:
68020+ Macintosh
System 7.0 or later
MacTCP, Telnet, or a 2400+ baud modem
Outland Gateway software
INSTALLATION:
1. Run the Outland Minimum Installer application to create an Outland folder.
2. If you have downloaded any game applications, place them in the Outland
Games folder inside this Outland folder.
3. Run the Outland Gateway, configure your connection, and connect to Outland.
